Hiring Process

This policy governs all aspects of employment, including selection, job assignment, compensation, discipline, termination, and access to benefits and training to individualize your baby’s eating and sleeping schedule, and our caregivers will give you real time updates throughout the day.
How A Position Is Filled
Any qualified person may submit and employment application to the Site Supervisor, who will make the final decision for all positions.
Background Checks
Every employee is required to have his/her background reviewed through the Arkansas Child Maltreatment Registry, Arkansas State Police, and FBI, which will include fingerprinting. All employment is conditional and pending until the results of all background checks are received. Child Maltreatment Registry checks are made upon initial employment and every 2 years after. Arkansas State Police and FBI checks are made upon initial employment and every 5 years after.
Introductory Period
All employment at Kiddie Campus is voluntary and at-will. The employee has the right to resign at any time for any reason, as does Kiddie Campus, have the right to terminate employment at any time for any reason. Upon being hired, each employee will need to complete a 90-day introductory period. This will give all involved time to determine if the employee is a good fit at the Center.
